|Costs Other Than Service Fees
Purchases of devices required for online lessons (Computers, headsets, webcams, etc.)
|Monthly plan users are charged for the first monthly subscription fee on the day they complete their subscription plan registration. From the following month onwards, they are charged automatically on the same day every month.
(Example: If they complete their registration on April 10, they are charged on the 10th of every month from May onwards.)
Pay-as-you-go plan users are charged the service fee on the day they complete their plan purchase.
|How To Start Using the Service
|In order to use this service, a user needs to create a SuraPera account.
After creating an account, the user selects a subscription plan and uses one of the payment methods to purchase it.
The user can start taking lessons as soon as the payment is confirmed.
|Number of Lessons Available
|The number of lessons available depends on the plan that a user purchases.
We make sure we hire enough teachers for the number of paid users.
However, because our booking system works on a first-come-first-served basis, a user may not be able to book lessons at certain times.
|We do not provide any products as specified in the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. All lessons are held online.
|We do not offer refunds for any subscription plans a user has already purchased.
|There are no specific cancellation procedures. If a user wishes to cancel their account, they must notify us using the inquiry form.
